Marek Porzeżyński, dr hab.
Attorney-at-Law

He is an attorney-at-law, a habilitated doctor of legal sciences, and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also completed an MBA programme in Innovation and Data Analysis delivered by the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IPI PAN) in cooperation with Utah Valley University, as well as programmes at the American Law Center jointly run by the University of Florida and the University of Warsaw, and the Hugo Grotius Centre for Intellectual Property Law.

For over 15 years, he has advised and represented entities operating in the new technologies sector. He gained his professional experience as a member of teams specialising in intellectual property law as well as new technologies, media, and telecommunications within leading international and Polish law firms.

He currently serves as Vice-Dean at the Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences of the Warsaw University of Technology. He is the author of two academic monographs and nearly 50 publications on broadly understood technology law and intellectual property law. He also delivers professional training in these fields.
