A qualified attorney with over a decade of professional experience gained within the technology, infrastructure, and game development sectors. She has also served as Head of the New Technologies Practice at one of the largest law firms in Warsaw.
She specializes in corporate law, commercial contracts and litigation, contract negotiation, employment law, and the provision of comprehensive legal advice to management boards and senior executives. She has extensive experience in overseeing compliance functions and leading in-house legal departments, as well as delivering training on workplace harassment (mobbing) and anti-discrimination.
She advises organizations on corporate governance matters, including the implementation of internal policies and regulatory frameworks, combining legal expertise with a commercially driven approach and a strong understanding of business operations.
She has served as a member of supervisory boards, including those of publicly listed companies. She also provides pro bono legal advice to innovative biotechnology start-ups.
