Paulina Korycińska-Rządca, dr
Attorney-at-Law

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok, where she also obtained a PhD in law. She qualified as an attorney-at-law with distinction at the Białystok Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. She is a member of the Competition Law Association and the Academic Society for Competition Law. She also serves as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Białystok.

She has over 15 years of experience in providing legal services to businesses. She gained her professional experience, among others, at the largest law firm in north-eastern Poland and at the Office of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Ombudsman. She has also been responsible for investor relations at a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, supporting the fulfilment of disclosure obligations related to current and periodic reporting.

She advises businesses on matters relating to competition and consumer protection law, in particular on anti-competitive agreements, including cartels, the organisation of distribution systems, abuse of dominant position, merger control, and broadly defined consumer law. She drafts and reviews agreements, internal policies, and regulations, providing support in matters requiring not only expert legal knowledge but also strong commercial awareness.

She also provides comprehensive corporate services to commercial companies. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including conducting due diligence, and drafting and negotiating NDAs, letters of intent, and investment agreements. She supports clients in designing ownership structures, including within corporate groups. She advises on and implements restructuring processes, including demergers, mergers, and transformations. She has experience in representing clients in corporate disputes.
