Partner, President of the Management Board. Legal counsel specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), broadly defined business law, and corporate law. He advises start-ups, founders, and investment funds on both day-to-day operations and transactional documentation, including investment agreements, founders’ agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and exit agreements. He has over 15 years of professional experience.
Between 2012 and 2021, he was associated with the Aviva Group (now Allianz), where he was responsible, inter alia, for providing corporate and legal support to the Aviva Group and served as a member of the Management Board of Aviva PTE. During his tenure at Aviva, he was also seconded to the company’s London headquarters to join the M&A legal team. Earlier in his career, he worked, among others, in the legal department of the Nationale-Nederlanden Group. He has been actively involved in legislative work, including amendments to the Polish Commercial Companies Code aimed at improving the functioning of governing bodies of capital companies.
He has served on the supervisory boards of joint-stock companies, including as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Creotech Instruments S.A. and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Link4 TU S.A.
He is also professionally affiliated with SWPS University, where he teaches contract negotiation to law and business students.
Within the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law, he serves as a member of the Promotion and Professional Development Committee.
